We ensure that we select the best professionals who has the right credential, temperament, the know-how and is able to deliver the desired report within the set time frame as some experts may not be available at times for one reason or another.

You can be very confident that the expert we select for you has the right attitude, willingness, sense of commitment and is not over-committed elsewhere as to disappoint unwittingly. We also ensure that chosen experts have the necessary experience and knowledge of the law and procedure as it applies to your case and is fuly aware of the expectations of the court/parties concerned. Our experts fully understand civil proceedings and understands legal procedure.

All our medico-legal experts are practising physicians & clinicians. Their medico-legal expertise is based on sound clinical experience gained in their field and perfected through active practice. They all adhere to a well established civil & criminal law principles, format and ethics in the reports they produce for clients. At Daily Expert Report Network (DERN), we take time and great care from the onset to take your instructions carefully, so that we fully understand your requirements and the required time line/deadlines for the report. We ensure that we get all the necessary documents from you or from your client, including all necessary signed consent authorities and permissions necessary to access the intended cleint's files, information and data which are relevant to the desired report. We do due diligence by ensuring that the choosen expert has all the information they need to proceed and to get the job done in a timely fashion.

We arrange appointments with you or your cleint where a physical face to face contact is required to carry out examinations, interviews and assess the client. Where applicable, a Skype interview is arranged with the client for assessment. We do our best to minimise delay and we are very pro-active from the beginning to the end of the process, to ensure a good and satisfactory outcome for all parties concerned.

We can and do arrange pre-commission discussions or telehone calls with the Expert, if Clients so desire to do so before commissioning us. However, once commissioned, we will invoice you immediately for our service fee and for the Expert's fee payable prior to work being carried out. We generously allow you a period of 14 days to cancel the commission if necessary. We do our best to ensure that all parties are satisfied and the agreed terms of the report required are understandable to both parties.

It is accurate to state that all our experts have experience of attending court and tribunals and are comfortable giving oral evidence before the court/Tribunal. They have the necessary training in giving oral evidence and are bold, experienced and confident in their ability to speak clearly and confidently and with good vocal clarity before the court. They are fully aware of the limit of their authority before the court and are therefore able to give a professional, unbiased, impartial and reliable opinion before the court, without exaggeration or over emphasising the facts.

We work hard to deepen our relationship with our customers and partners to support their evolving needs, as well as the needs of the customers they serve.

1. We receive a written request by phone/fax/email.
2. We match the inquiry with the appropriate expert on our database.
3. We request all necessary paperwork relevant to the expert report required
4. A commission is agreed with the expert and ourselves.
5. Where necessary an intrview/meeting is arranged with the client & the expert.
6. A set timeline is agreed for the first draft.
7. Final draft is produced for client approval.
8. If required expert may be able to attend to give oral evidence for a fee.
9. Client pays the final bill and settles the account.
10. Commission is terminated, unless more work is required.
