INDEPENDENT SOCIAL WORKERS (ISW's)

We retain on our books a network of qualified and well trusted, professional and experienced Independent Social Workers (ISW's) who have written many expert reports that has made a difference in many respects. We work with them to achieve a good turn around time frame for producing the required report. Our specialists take their commissons seriously and operate to the highest standard.

Our ISW's have a lot of experience in immigration and asylum case work and have been commissioned in the past to evalaute and comment on matters of: Risk of Self harm, mental health disorders and/or risk of relapse. Issues of risk of suicide, child mental health assessment and impact under the duty of care of children and the associated risks in immigration cases where families, parents or family members are involved, etc.

Our expert ISW's are skilled at assessing clients that are affected by issues such as neglect, child abuse, domestic violence, mental health and parental substance abuse amongst others. Cases will be handled on a by phone and/or in person basis. They will be assessing clients and gathering relevant information about their cases, providing crisis intervention summaries, and contacting and making assessment for court or other related agencies and services. In the process of carrying out the assessments, our ISW's will always be respectful, mindful and empathic with clients.

Our ISW's have a great wealth of experience in producing court and tribunal reports for a wide variety of clients. They are trained in different areas of Social Work involving the assessment of various forms of personality disorders and are very competent in matters of risk assessment. They are Expert Court Witnesses with sound credentials.

ASSESSMENT FLEXIBILITY:

Our ISW Experts can undertake assessments in their offices or at locations pre-arranged with the Client. Assessments can be carried out at Solicitor's offices, in prison, at an

immigration office, at a removal/detention centre or at any other agreed third-party premises/location.

Based on the client's requirement, we can select and instruct the most appropriate Social Worker to prepare the required/requested report to the highest standard possible, within legal parameters and in compliance with civil law standards and ethics. Reports procured through us are assured to be of the highest quality & standard. You can be assured that they will be well written, concise, clear to understand, infused with the necessary data and professional references necessary. They are always prepared to meet the necessary standard of the court, tribunal or mediation entities or protocol. Their reports are impartial, unbiased and are written to be understood by their readers. They will be relevant, applicable, clear in content & context for the desired audience to comprehend.

OUR OPERATIONAL PROCESS:

1. We receive a request by fax/email/phone.
2. We match the inquiry with the appropriate expert on our database.
3. We request all necessary paperwork relevant to the expert report required.
4. A commission is agreed with the expert.
5. Where necessary an interview/meeting is arranged with the client & the expert.
6. A set timeline is agreed for the first draft.
7. Final draft is produced for client approval.
8. If required, expert may be able to attend court to give oral evidence for a fee.
9. Client pays the final bill and settles the account.
10. Commission is terminated, unless more work is required.
