We retain very qualified and well trusted, professional forensic medical experts who have a great experience in carrying our diligent assessment of victims of torture in line with the Instanbul protocol, which is an international Protocol intended to serve as a set of international guidelines for the assessment of persons who allege torture and ill treatment, for investigating cases of alleged torture, and for reporting such findings to the judiciary and any other investigative body. Their work is carried out with sensitivity and exercise due care and concern for the victim.

Our experts are well qualified and have carried out a great number of torture victim assessment work over the years. We work with them to achieve a timely turnaround time frame for carrying out the assesment and for producing the comissioned report required. Based on the client's requirement, we do select and instruct the most appropriate expert to prepare the required/requested expert report to the highest standard possible, within legal parameters and in compliance with civil law standards and ethics. You can be assured that they will be well written, clear to understand, infused with the necessary injury/scars body chart/diagram, fully descriptive data and professional inferences & references necessary.

OUR OPERATIONAL PROCESS:

1. We receive a written request by phone/fax/email.
2. We match the inquiry with the appropriate expert on our database.
3. We request all necessary paperwork relevant to the expert report required
4. A commission is agreed with the expert.
5. Where necessary an intrview/meeting is arranged with the client & the expert.
6. Set timeline is agreed for the first draft.
7. Final draft is produced for client approval.
8. If required expert may be able to attend to give oral evidence for a fee.
9. Client pays the final bill and settles the account.
10. Commission is terminated, unless more work is required at cost to the client.
