Based on the client's requirement, we always select and instruct the most appropriate expert to prepare the required/requested expert report to the highest standard possible, within legal boundaries & parameters and in compliance with civil law standards and ethics. Reports obtained through us are guaranteed to be of the highest quality possible.

The reports are always prepared to meet the required standard of the court, tribunal, immigration or mediation entities.

They are written to be understood by their readers and will be clear in content & context for the desired audience(s) to review and apply to the case or subject matter at hand.

Where applicable, our Experts can undertake assessments in their offices or at pre-arranged locations. Assessments can be carried out at Solicitor's offices, in prison, at an immigration office, at a removal/detention centre, at client's home or at any other agreed convenient third-party premises.

OUR OPERATIONAL PROCESS:

1. We receive a written request by fax/phone/email.
2. We match the inquiry with the appropriate expert on our database.
3. We request all necessary paperwork relevant to the expert report required.
4. A commission is agreed with the expert.
5. Where necessary an interview/meeting is arranged with the client & the expert.
6. A set time line is agreed for the first draft.
7. Final draft is produced for client's approval.
8. If required, the expert may be able to attend to give oral evidence in court for a fee.
9. Client settles the final bill/account in full.
10. Commission is terminated thereafter, unless more work is required.
